Restore balance
to your body.
You live a full, busy life and care deeply about your health. But symptoms that once felt manageable are becoming harder to ignore - or evolving into something more serious.
Maybe your blood work came back “normal,” yet you don’t feel well. Or perhaps you’ve recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol or hypertension and are wondering whether medication is truly your only option.
You don’t need surface-level answers.
You need missing context.
You’re in the right place to explore a more thoughtful, evidence-based approach.

The path from being a girl who grew up with her hands in the soil to becoming a Nutritional Therapist makes sense in hindsight.
In March of 2020, I was unexpectedly let go from my job—an experience many people can relate to. What that moment gave me, though, was pause. Space to reflect on what I truly cared about, what came naturally to me, and what kind of work I wanted to commit myself to long-term. Within months, I found the Nutritional Therapy Association and quickly enrolled—stepping back into school in my mid-thirties with equal parts excitement and uncertainty.
Since then, I’ve invested hundreds of hours in science-backed education, advanced clinical training, and functional laboratory analysis. This foundation allows me to create thoughtful, targeted, and individualized nutrition recommendations rooted in data—not trends.
Today, my work centers on collaboration and context. I work alongside physicians and other healthcare providers to offer evidence-based, personalized nutrition care as part of a broader care team. No two clients receive the same plan—because no two bodies tell the same story. My practice is intentionally weight-neutral, with progress measured by improvements in metabolic health, symptom resolution, and long-term resilience—not the number on a scale.
While I am deeply passionate about food—where it comes from, how it nourishes us, and the connection it creates—my greatest focus is helping clients better understand their bodies and make informed, sustainable decisions about their health. My goal is to support people in taking a proactive role in their care, with clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of what their body needs to function well over time.

My approach is different. let me tell you why.
I take an education-forward approach to care. My goal is not just to give you recommendations, but to help you understand how your body is functioning and what it’s asking for. I provide clear explanations, practical tools, and tangible resources so you can confidently implement support in your daily life. This work is about building long-term health literacy - not dependence.
I work alongside medical care, not against it. Nutrition can be a powerful tool for supporting non-emergent concerns, improving resilience, and addressing root contributors to chronic symptoms. Thoughtful, evidence-based nutrition care often allows clients to better understand their options and participate more actively in their health decisions.
I also believe healing happens best when the nervous system feels safe. Progress doesn’t come from urgency or restriction—it comes from steady, sustainable support that respects your body’s capacity. Nutritional Therapy creates the conditions for that kind of change.
THE PROUST QUESTIONNAIRE:
-
Listen to understand. It reminds me to slow down. So many of us listen only to reply.
-
Italy (I did my study abroad in Rome!), or anywhere I can strap on a pair of hiking boots for some elevation.
-
Spring flowers, I’m a May baby!
-
Culinary knives, concert tickets, and far too many photos of my dogs.

The Avengers. And beyond fiction—those who serve others quietly and consistently, including members of our military and law enforcement.
-
NSR, no question. Ok, this isn't an official Proust question, but I'm adding it!

Drinks, really. Cat-tongue-dry red wine with allota earth to it; Elmer T. Lee in good, hand-blown Simon Pearce glassware; or a frosty Gerolsteiner with lots of citrus and sea salt.
